We miss you

Today Anthony headed back to NY leaving me and the kids in Utah while he finishes up his semester at school. It was so sad when we took Anthony to the airport, Parker just started balling. Thank goodness I was wearing sunglasses so I could hid all my pregnant emotions and be tough for Parker. We already miss you and are excited when you come back. Be good, remember who you are and don't forget to call:)
The good news is now that Anthony is gone our life will slow down for a while and I can finally get to posting all our pictures from California and a weekend with Anthony's family.

J's Wedding

My little brother eloped last year, so no-one was invited to the wedding. Last week he totally redeemed himself and invited all his family and Alex's family to their sealing in the San Diego Temple. J married Alex who is wonderful, we are so glad to have her in the family. The sealing was wonderful and now we are having the time of our lives with all my siblings staying in a beach house in California.

My beautiful mom and handsome brother.

My cute family
My amazing grandparents
Alex and all the kids

The last picture ended with lots of screaming kids and a friendly wrestling match between Parker and his cousin Caleb.Parker's favorite part of the night was dancing.
McKenzie also enjoyed the dancing
I just think these two are so cute in their matching outfits

NYC

Anthony and I just had the best vacation ever. Thanks to some friends we got to go to NYC and leave the kids behind. We were in NYC for 2 days and we got to see and experience everything we could have ever imagined from the Statue of Liberty to buying a purse in China Town out of the back of a van(I have to admit this experience was a little scary Anthony and I actually feared for our lives during this little escapade). Here we are on a ferry seeing the Statue of Liberty "the way the immigrants saw her."
We saw Regis & Kelly Live and I loved every second of it. I think I was grinning from ear to ear the whole time, it was so much fun. Regis and Kelly are so funny and so nice, at each commercial they came and talked to the audience. Anthony and I were sitting so close that they actually talked to us personally twice, I tell you I was in heaven.
Anthony couldn't go to NYC and not see the New York Stock Exchange and the bull.
Here is Lady Liberty up close and personal.

We saw everything we wanted: Regis & Kelly, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, Trump Tower, Statue of Liberty, Time Square, Central Park, Where John Lennon was shot, the Museum where they filmed "Night at the Museum", NYSE, and many more famous things. I also think we experienced everything we wanted to: we bought meals from street vender's, sat in the subway and heard people ask for every ones attention then do something or tell a sob story and ask everyone for money, get a "name brand" purse for me and watch for Anthony for a killer deal (it was fun but as I said before this experience also made us fear for our lives) , and just soak in the whole NYC experience.

We had a blast together, and it was so fun to go pick up the kids and get to spend the day as a family again. Thanks Burke for providing the lovely place to stay, it was so fun to see and spend time with you and Adam. We would love to return the favor any time.

Year #3

Anthony survived a tough week of finals last week, and returned to school this week to start a new semester. More school, more teeth, but something is a little different this semester, he is no longer a 2nd year dental student, he has moved on and is now a 3rd year dental student.

Pregnancy #3

I think my body is getting pretty upset with me for making it have 3 babies in the past 4 years. My body is trying to get back at me and all my labs are coming back abnormal and I am having a couple other not so fun pregnancy induced problems. My 1 hour diabetes test was elevated so I had to go back yesterday to do a fasting 3 hour diabetes test. For the test I had to be fasting then drink a sugar filled drink and get my blood drawn 4 times during the process. It wouldn't have been so bad if I could have run errands or something while I was waiting but they told me I can't leave, drink, eat, walk around or anything just sit and think about how much I wanted to eat. I am glad the results aren't instant because after the not so fun process I didn't feel guilty at all for eating my favorite meal: Chocolate milk and powdered doughnuts(if you are not diabetic it is perfectly fine to have that as a snack).

because we can

Being a stay at home mom my main job is to keep these kids happy. Some days are better than others, but now that the weather is warm keeping them happy is as easy as opening the door and taking them outside. Of course life is always better with a little food. Also, by throwing a bike, helmet, and pads into the mix Kenzie is in heaven.
If I want to make life really easy, I let Weston come spend the day and take the kids to the park. The 2 kids entertain each other and Kenzie just tries to keep up.
Life is treating us good. Unfortunately Anthony's life isn't so easy right now, but Friday he takes his last final and then gets a full 3 day weekend before starting a new semester next Tuesday. He is a great man, we are thankful for all he does for our family and those times he gets to hang out with us every now and then.

After 28 years of searching....

I finally found the perfect dentist. Dr. Moeller saw me for the first time this week, and I think this man is so good I will follow him where ever he moves.
