The joys of being a mom

Today I was sitting at the dinner table and smelled poop. (This smell is slightly normal with 3 young children around, but I was going crazy trying to figure out why I kept getting a whiff of poop all night). As I got ready for bed I saw this lovely little mark on my undershirt. I guess when holding a baby who is wearing a poopy swim diaper the diaper keeps the poop in, but the water dripping from them isn't exactly clean. Nasty.

Collector

When Kenzie plays she is most happy when she has both her hands and arms full of toys. She carries so much stuff she can't actually even play, all she does is walk around trying to figure out how she can fit more stuff in her purse or hands or somehow hang it from her arm.

1 month

Kaitlynn is doing good and is staying awake more and more so we can enjoy her. She loves to lounge around:
and will give us "the look" if we are bugging her:
Parker is nothing but sweet to her and loves giving her kisses:
Here she is fresh from a bath and ready for bed. I think she is so cute, and yes she has to wear her bow all day long.

Prince Parker

Yesterday I took the kids to a Prince and Princess party at the mall. I told Parker that princes rescue princesses and slay dragons, once he heard princes get to have swords he was all over that idea. Here he is with Prince Charming:
Turns out Kenzie is sick, yesterday morning she was just fine. When we came home from the mall she had a fever and was asking for medicine. This is the best smile we got out of her, she wasn't to impressed with the party and cried when any of the princesses came near.
Kaitlynn is still the prefect baby, just happy to be anywhere as long as she can nap when she wants.
And here is a random picture from yesterday

Spoiled Rotten

My mom spent the past week at my house spoiling me and my family. It was so nice to have her here. While she was here she cooked, cleaned, entertained the kids, let me sleep in, babysat so Anthony and I could go on a date. She made my life so easy.
Kaitlynn loved having her here
Parker & Kenzie loved having her here
She took us on The Maid of The Mist
Parker & Kenzie loved the boat ride, but I think Kaitlynn liked it the most she could barely control the excitement.
When she didn't cook she treated us to good food at our favorite steak house.
I am a very lucky girl to have such a wonderful mom. Thanks for all you did for us.

7 Years

We have been married for 7 years, and not much has changed in our lives: Anthony is still going to school, we are still renting, and we are still in love.
Looking at the past 7 years here are our biggest accomplishments:
