Mason is now 5 months old and I am finally feeling like me again. I sleep through the night and am all healed up from the C-section. I finally have energy, and it feels great. I no longer need to take naps and was actually feeling good enough that I rode my bike with 3 kids in the bike trailer to pick up Parker from school the other day. Ooh man, it feels good to have my body back.

4 Months
Mason just turned 5 months yesterday so I am only one month late in posting this:
March was an eventfully month for Mason, he changed so much from the beginning to the end of the month I feel like he is a totally different baby.
He sleeps 12-13 hours a night.
He no longer likes the burrito wrap to sleep. When we put him in his crib he flips to his belly, puts his fingers or thumb in his mouth and goes right to sleep.
He loves being on his belly.
He has mastered rolling from his back to his belly, but still has trouble getting from belly to back.
He always has to have something in his mouth like a toy, his hands, a blanket.
I love that he interacts so much with his surroundings and people:

Their is nothing cuter than his toothless smile:
He is a drooling machine:
He loves sitting in his Bumbo:

He only likes being held when he is eating or tired, other than that he likes to spend his time rolling around on the floor:
I am not sure how much he loves all the attention his siblings give him, but they couldn't be prouder of their little brother:

Parker at 6 years old
Parker is 48.5" tall (Just over 4 feet) & weighs 56 lbsOoh what a joy it is to have a 6 year old. Parker is so independent it is great. He can do almost everything for himself. Get his own breakfast, make his own sandwiches, unload the dishwasher make his bed. It is fun/scary for him to be able to make so many choices on his own.

Hair
Every morning Kaitlynn refuses to let me do her hair. She insists that she does a better job than me. Look at Kenzie's do then Kaitlynn, you be the judge who does a better job. If you choose Kaitlynn here is her secret to get this look. Put a spray bottle right against your head, spray it at least 6-10 times, then grab a comb place it above your left ear and comb all the hair over to the right.
Easter
We had a fun
Easter weekend full of coloring eggs, egg hunts, and learning about Jesus' resurrection:
Easter weekend full of coloring eggs, egg hunts, and learning about Jesus' resurrection:

When we talked to the kids about the real reason we celebrate Easter Kenzie had some questions. She asked about our friend Sister Lord who recently died. I told Kenzie where her body went and where her spirit body went after she died. Kenzie then asked where did her head go?
