It's always fun when grandpa comes

WWWhen my parents come to visit my dad always wants a project to work on.  The kids favorite project of his, was the slide attached to our deck:

 My parent's came for a visit.  While they were here we sailed off on a pirate adventure:

 Anthony won the hula-hoop contest for the men, and I won the contest for the women.  Looks like both Anthony and I have something to add to our resemes'

Kenzie AR Star

This month Kenzie was chosen, by her school teacher, as the AR Star.  What does that mean?  She reads a lot, and she is awesome.

Parker is 9

This sweet, trouble making child of mine has turned 9.

 For the celebration he requested a cake made of Ding Dongs.  It was delicious. 

 At age 9 I am not sure if it is okay to continue posting his weight and height.  But I am his mom and I do what I want anyways, so here it goes:
Weight: 79 lbs

Height: 56 in
