Parker & Reading

In an attempt to get Parker to like reading I enrolled him in a Summer Reading Program at a Library.  Since we have come home he has already read 4 books.  He just came up to me and said "I wonder why I like this book so much, I guess it is because I love reading."  What!?!?  I am still in shock, I hope it lasts.

Operation Fly High

Last night Anthony and his friend got to fly on a CV-22.  This half helicopter half plane always flies with the back door open, and a man on guard with a 50 caliber gun.  Anthony got a chance to shoot that bad boy.
Some experiences of being in the Air Force are absolutely priceless.  Guarantee he would not have had this experience if he was running his own Dental Practice right now.

After 33 years of living Anthony finally lived his dream of going Deep Sea Fishing:
Anthony, his dad & Parker all got to go:

18 months is a tough age

During sacrament meeting the Young Men walked by our aisle one-by-one carring a sacrament tray.  As each boy passed Mason would yell "HEY, HEY" in an attempt to get their attention.  After yelling he would then put his hand on his chest and use sign language to say "please" so they would give him the sacrament.  Slightly embarrassing, yet funny.  He was so worried they would forget him.  This kid is trouble.

California

My amazing husband gave me a plane ticket to California for Mother's Day.  I dare say it was one of the nicest gifts I have gotten, a true break for 5 days.  Anthony took off 3 days of work so he could be home with the kids and never said anything to make me feel guilty for leaving that long.

I could sum up the trip with lines from 2 songs:

"California, knows how to party"
&
"I had the time of my life"

These are the ladies I laughed with & cried with while I lived in Buffalo.  I am a better person just by being around them.
